But prosecutors noted that Lukovac's blood and urine tests at the hospital came back positive for marijuana and amphetamines. It's unclear how long before the collision the drugs were ingested.

A man was driving the wrong way down State Street when he side-swiped the car being driven by a 70-year-old woman. He was ejected from his car and transported to a hospital. The woman, Susan K. Wymer, was also hospitalized, but died of blunt force trauma the next day. The name of the wrong-way driver has not been released.
