Motorcycle rider in critical condition after crash

MOUNTAIN HOME -- A Missouri man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Elmore County Tuesday. Idaho State Police say 48-year-old Troy D. Brown of Blue Springs, Missouri was riding a 2015 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he went off the left shoulder and into the median. It's unclear what caused Brown's motorcycle to go off the road. He was listed in critical condition Wednesday morning. The wreck happened just after 4 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 84 near milepost 80.
Take these important steps after a serious or fatal motorcycle accident: After a motorcycle accident, it is important to take steps immediately that will help the injured person begin recovering both physically and financially. Motorcycle accidents typically result in serious or fatal injuries, and motorcycle crashes usually involve extensive medical treatment at significant cost. Fatality motorcycle crashes are common. If the injuries are significant, if the crash was fatal, or if you have questions about what you should do next, contact an experienced personal injury attorney who understands the process, knows how to negotiate with an insurance adjuster, and can obtain the highest possible settlement so that you can recover financially from this accident.
