1 dead, 1 injured in E. Idaho crash

One person died at the scene of a rollover crash Sunday morning, Idaho State Police said.
The fatal accident occurred at about 10:45 a.m. on Interstate 86, near American Falls. Jashawa Cash, 30, and Julieann Baker, 45, both of Anaconda, Montana, were heading east in a Chevrolet Impala, when the car exited the road, rolled, and came to a stop in the median. Cash was pronounced deceased at the site. Baker was transported to a hospital in American Falls and then airlifted to Portneuf Regional Medical Center. Authorities believe neither person was wearing a seat belt.
