Authorities are investigating a motorcycle-on-deer crash that injured two people north of Soda Springs, Idaho.

Van Jorgensen, 48, was driving a motorcycle south on Highway 34 when he was unable to avoid a deer that ran into the roadway, and struck it. Both Van and his passenger Susana Jorgensen, 44, were taken to the hospital, though no information on their conditions is available.
