A 57-year-old Boise man died when the motorcycle he was driving went off the road and crashed in a ditch in northern Idaho.

A 57-year-old Boise man died when the motorcycle he was driving went off the road and crashed in a ditch in northern Idaho. The Idaho State Police identified the victim as Gerald V. Wilburn. It says the crash occurred about 7:50 p.m. Friday on U.S. 12 in Idaho County near the Apgar Campground. Wilburn was traveling alone. Spokane, eastern Washington State, and northern Idaho are popular destinations for motorcyclists, but when an accident happens, it usually has severe or deadly consequences.
