A 19-year-old male from Filer, was driving northbound on 1900 E in a 1986 Toyota pickup, when he came to a brief stop and failed to yield to traffic traveling on US 30. A 24-year-old female from Buhl was traveling westbound on US 30 in a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and collided with the Toyota.
