Savanna Carrier's Chrysler PT Cruiser became stuck alongside 270 eastbound just west of I-71 shortly after midnight Saturday. She was standing near her car when she was struck by a Chevrolet Malibu.

Carrier was outside the vehicle when a car operated by David J. Dennis, 45, also went off the right side of the road. Dennis’ vehicle struck Carrier and her car.
