3 injured in single-vehicle crash in Macon County

WARRENSBURG - The Macon County Sheriff's Office says three people were seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in Warrensburg July 20. This incident is still under investigation by the Macon County Sheriff's Office. According to a preliminary investigation and witness interviews, Macon County deputies say it was determined that the Buick was traveling southeast on Route 121 when it passed another vehicle traveling in the same direction. Deputies say three individuals were in the Buick at the time of the crash. Authorities say at about 8:45 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries near the intersection of Route 121 and Lincoln Memorial Parkway.
