1 dead in two-vehicle crash in Vermilion County

Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson says one of the drivers involved in the crash was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say the crash took place on the Westville-Catlin slab, located about one mile west of Westville, at 7:16 a.m.

Amy Pipes, a 60-year-old Ridge Farm woman, was killed this morning when the Volkswagen Beetle she was driving collided with a Toyota Camry about one mile west of Westville.
