Walter P. Smith, of Aurora, was driving a 1991 Jeep westbound on I-88 in the center lane at 7:30 a.m., when he changed lanes to the left and crashed into a 2012 Toyota, driven by a 24-year-old man from Naperville, according to a statement from Illinois State Police.
