"Williams was unresponsive at the scene with head injuries. He had a helmet with him, but it is unknown whether he was wearing it at the time," she said.
A man was killed Sunday when his motorcycle collided with a fence and a pole off of West Elms Court. Mitchell J. Williams, 29, was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle when he exited the road, hit a fence, then hit a utility pole. Williams was transported by ambulance to St. James Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
