Harvey crash kills man, critically injures 2 others

Police believe texting while driving and speeding may have been factors in the fatal crash. City spokesman Sean Howard says the crash happened about 11:30 p.m. A backseat passenger, who police and family identified as 29-year-old Brian McChristian, was pronounced dead at a hospital. The semi-trailer driver wasn't injured.
