Preliminary investigation shows the driver was heading southbound when they lost control on a slight curve, entered a ditch and then hit a culvert. This caused the vehicle to become airborne and flip over.
Man and woman identified after fatal crash in Rock Island County
The Rock Island County Coroner tells TV6 the two have been identified as 41-year-old Michael J. McManus, of Rock Island and 32-year-old Ashlee M. Silvia, of Milan.
