One woman died following a late afternoon accident involving multiple vehicles Monday on Interstate 469 north of New Haven, the Allen County Sheriff’s Department said. Officers were dispatched to the 21 mile marker on I-469 northbound, near North River Road, after a report of a crash about 4:25 p.m. Sheriff’s department officers and medics found six vehicles involved, including a semi tractor-trailer.
