Indiana State Police said 64-year-old Robert Lake, of Hamilton, Ohio, was driving a Harley Davidson with 66-year-old Diane Mullaney, of Fairfield, Ohio, as a passenger on the bike. Troopers said the rear tire on the Harley went flat causing Lake to lose control.
