According to investigators, 29-year-old James Miller III was driving westbound on S.R. 120 when he crossed the center line into the eastbound lane.
49-year-old Christopher Laughlin was driving eastbound when he swerved to avoid hitting Miller, however, they hit each other head on, police said.
