Wood-Finley then allegedly got into his 2007 Chevy Impala, stepped on the accelerator and rammed into the woman’s car. He then reportedly struck the woman with his vehicle, throwing her into a metal railing before she fell to the ground. Wood-Finley then reportedly sped away from the area without checking on the woman’s well-being.
