Minnesota man found dead in ditch along highway in Iowa

A 23-year-old Minnesota man was found in a ditch after he was apparently struck by a vehicle near Iowa Falls, Iowa. Police were sent to investigate a report of a man'€™s body in the ditch along State Highway 65, just north of Iowa Falls, just after noon Sunday, September 13, 2015. Investigators determined the man was struck by a northbound vehicle, according to information from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation which assisted with the investigation. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Timothy Nussbaum of Hutchinson, Minnesota. '€œA vehicle of interest has been located and seized for examination,'€ the DCI statement said.
