One person was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday night in Ottumwa.
A vehicle driven by 26-year-old Linette Holley was heading southbound on Ferry Street Extension at high speed when it exited the road shortly after 10:00 p.m. The car crashed at the southwest corner of the Albia and Ferry intersection, traveled through two parking lots, cross Richmond Avenue, and then hit a building. Holley was taken to the Ottumwa Regional Health Center with life-threatening injuries.
