The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday on U.S. 69, about 9.5 miles north of Kansas Highway 47. The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Ford Fusion was traveling south on U.S. 69 when the vehicle went left of the center and struck a northbound Peterbilt semi on the driver's side.
