Funeral Services Set For McLouth Teen Killed In Weekend Wreck
Visitation for 17 year old Hunter Terrell of McLouth, will be held Friday November 28, from 1-2 pm at the McLouth Church of the Nazarene with funeral services to follow at 2 pm.
A 17-year-old McLouth teenager was killed Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in Jefferson County. The collision happened about 4:30 p.m. on K-16 highway just east of Oskaloosa. The teenager, identified as Hunter Levi Terrell, 17, was driving west when he lost control of his vehicle as he passed another car. Terrell was re-entering his lane after passing the pickup when he lost control of his Honda Civic, skidded broadside and was struck by an eastbound Chevrolet Suburban. Terrell was killed in the collision. The adult driver and five juvenile passengers of the second vehicle sustained injuries. Two of the children were reported to be in critical condition as of 7:40 p.m. The Suburban’s occupants were Carolanne Todd, 26; Erika Josling, 7; Teagan Josling, 1; Harlee Todd, 1; Jeremiah Copp, 6; and Blayne Josling, 10. All were listed as having suffered serious injuries. They were taken to Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center for treatment.
