Topeka police Sgt. Adam Arensdorf said a Toyota heading west on S.W. 29th collided with Gamber, who was riding north on the Landon Nature Trail, which crosses S.W. 29th.
Investigators were working to determine whether a crosswalk light was activated when the crash occurred.
