Multiple fatalities in fiery car crash in Saline County

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports that a northbound Chevy Silverado driven by 24-year old Christopher Lee Giroux of Salina crossed the median on I-135 and struck a Dodge Ram truck driven by 39-year old Phillip Ray Hett in the southbound lanes of the highway.

2 adults and a child killed in Saline County crash

A 13-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with suspected serious injuries.

2 adults, 10-year-old dead after Saline County crash

Giroux, Hett and and one passenger in the Dodge, identified as Abigail Hett, 10, Lindsborg, were pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Ryan's Mortuary in Salina.

3 killed, including pastor and his child, in Salina crash

KAKE reports that Phillip Hett was a pastor at a Lindsborg nursing home.
