The tow truck was traveling east on Veterans at Mudd Avenue when it crossed the center line and struck a 2005 Pontiac van at 3:19 a.m. Monday, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.

The passenger of the van, Maria Andres, 29, of Bowling Green was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The van's driver, Diego Manuel-Pascual, 39, of Bowling Green, was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville and was listed in stable condition, according to the sheriff's office.
