Preliminary investigation indicates that Rogerick Fields, 37, of Glasgow, was operating a 2005 Mitsubishi SUV southbound on South Dixie Highway. A pedestrian, Paul Fields, 63, of Glasgow, was in the travel portion of the roadway as the SUV approached.
