According to Kentucky State Police, 23-year-old Tyler McCallister was driving east on U.S. 460 shortly before 4 Wednesday afternoon, when he collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer driven by 51-year-old Cam Price, of Salyersville. McCallister died at the scene.
