Man airflighted after motorcycle wreck
Marvin E. Peters, 51, was airflighted to Cabell Huntington Hospital for treatment after suffering non-life-threatening injuries as a result of an accident at around 6 p.m. Thursday, according to the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department. Peters encountered a sharp curve at a high rate of speed near the 700 block of Bellefonte Street, causing him to run off the roadway into a ditchline, according to police.
