Dusty Stamper, 35, dies after car strikes him on Highway 30 in Owsley County, Kentucky
KSP investigating deadly crash involving pedestrian in Owsley County
State Police say Dusty Stamper, 35, was walking west on KY 30 when he was struck by a Chevy Pickup truck operated by Donnie Coomer, 61. Stamper was taken to Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson where he was pronounced dead by the Breathitt County Coroner.
