The initial investigation indicates an Adly moped, operated by Chadwick Thomas, 47, of Danville, was traveling South on North Second Street when he disregarded a traffic control device and traveled into the path of a Danville Fire Squad, 2013 Ford F-550, being operated by Kevin Bugg, of Danville, KY, traveling east on West Main Street.
