It was approximately 4:30 p.m. when 51-year-old Jeffrey Tuggle was driving a pickup truck on Frankfort-Ford Road when he veered off of the roadway and crashed into some trees. His passenger, identified as Marlene B. Chaffin, 56, was ejected from the truck and then crushed beneath it.
