His father, John Edwards, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the scene, Clem said.
While driving down Highway 300 near Parksville, Kentucky, the driver reportedly lost control of his pickup and hit a tree, flipping the truck. The passenger, John Edwards, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, who was the victim's son, was brought to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. Check back for updates.
