The initial investigation indicates that a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado operated by Ralph Lyttle 86 years old of Williamsburg, KY, was turning left off of Angel Road when his vehicle entered the path of a 1998 Freightliner Empty Log Truck that was traveling south, driven by Randall L. Bowlin, 59 years old of Williamsburg, Ky.
