According to the Sheriff’s Department, a truck headed eastbound on Kentucky Highway 1214 driven by Clarkson resident Roger Beasley failed to heed a stop sign at the intersection of 1214 and Highway 479 north of Wax and hit a truck driven by Gerald Smith of Cub Run who was traveling north on 479.
