Nicholas Smith, 21, was killed early Saturday morning, March 7, 2015, from injuries he suffered in a car accident on Interstate 71 near Louisville, Kentucky. Two occupants in the vehicle were Drew Taylor, who was transported by air to a Louisville hospital, and Abby Owens, who was treated and released. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
