Officials said a vehicle driven by Dennis Chapman, 20, of Ashland, Kentucky, was driving on Kentucky 55/ Taylorsville Road, when he attempted to make a left turn into the path of a vehicle, driven by Kenneth Stewart, 57, of Finchville, Kentucky.
