One-vehicle wreck claims child’s life in Crittenden County
The crash happened around 3:10 p.m. in the Rosebud community. The Cittenden County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Elizabeth McConnell of Fredonia was driving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma westbound on U.S. 60 when the truck lost traction on the wet pavement. The truck spun, leaving the left side of the road and hitting a tree on the passenger side.
