Traffic is back to normal on I-24 after a crash involving 12 cars happened Friday afternoon. Trooper Brian Luckett with KSP says 19-year old Jace Smothers of Norton, Kansas was killed in the crash. Troopers say the crash happened when 42 year old Coleman Strachman of Sharpsburg, North Carolina ran into slowed traffic with his semi-truck.
