A driver was arrested after a pedestrian was hit and killed in Calloway County. According to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old Amy Bell, of Murray, was hit by a vehicle on Navy Drive around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 25.
