The initial investigation revealed a 2018 Toyota Tundra driven by Kennedy was traveling southbound in the outside lane. For reasons still under investigation, Kennedy’s vehicle crossed into the inside travel lane and struck the rear of a southbound 2013 Peterbilt tractor-trailer.
