19-year-old arrested for deadly hit-and-run in Lafourche Parish

Louisiana State Police say Isabelle Nguyen was driving a Chevy Trailblazer on L.A. Highway 1 when she hit Henry Savoie, 66 of Larose. The crash happened on Nov. 29.
