The Orleans Parish Coroner's office today (Feb. 1) identified the victim of last night's fatal accident as Donald Berry, 63. Berry was struck by a white SUV as he attempted to cross the Earhart expressway near Mistletoe Street.

The coroner's office had no further details. Police said no citations were issued in the accident, but that the case has been forwarded to the City Attorney for further review.
