Warren Easton student hit by car at Algiers school bus stop: officials
The crash happened at General DeGaulle and Westbend Parkway (map) around 7 a.m., NOPDsaid. The man who was driving the car stayed at the scene and was seen talking with two NOPD officers. Authorities did not say if he would face charges.
The student is a ninth grader at Warren Easton, according to David Garland, the chair of the school's board.
