Police say 20-year-old Tara Chase was headed north on Riverside Drive at about 6 a.m. Monday when she lost control of her car and skidded into the path of a vehicle headed south.

Police say 20-year-old Tara Chase was headed north on Riverside Drive at about 6 a.m. Monday when she lost control of her car and skidded into the path of a vehicle headed south.
Police say she died instantly.
Police say speed and weather conditions may have contributed to the crash.
The driver and three passengers in the other vehicle were hospitalized.
The crash remains under investigation.
