A man and woman from Falmouth died Tuesday after a tractor-trailer rear-ended their car on Interstate 95.

David E. Herring, 40, is charged with 2 counts of manslaughter in the deaths of Geoff and Elizabeth 'Betsy' Gattis, both 68. Herring was driving a tractor-trailer, and failed to stop in time when traffic slowed down.
