Joseph Slaver, 24, of Livermore Falls was hit around 11:55 p.m. Friday after he entered Park Street and “struck” the passenger side of a police car driven by Officer Troy Reed, who was heading south, Chief Deputy William Gagne said in an email Saturday evening.
