Police say that they will release his identity after his next of kin has been notified.

The crash appeared to be the only storm-related death in the D.C. region on Tuesday.
Howard County police report that the driver of a car attempted to round a curve too quickly Tuesday morning, possibly hitting ice or snow on the southbound shoulder of Route 97 before re-entering the roadway, where it struck a pick-up with a snow plow attached. The car driver was killed, later identified as Zeyu Zhang of Timonium.
