Person Loses Leg After 83Accident

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — An accident on the JFX near Ruxton Road ended with catastrophic injuries for one person. Maryland State police say two people got out of a disabled car at the city/county line. As they were standing between the car and the guardrail, another vehicle slammed into the car, pinning one person and throwing the other over the guardrail. The road has been cleared. The driver of the second car wasn’t hurt.
