11-Year-Old Girl Dies in Car Crash
At approximately 4:37 p.m., a vehicle traveling westbound at a high rate of speed in the 2800 block of Frederick Avenue, crossed over the double yellow line and collided with a SUV, injuring two 11-year-old girls, a 9-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.

Investigators are working with the Baltimore States Attorney's Office as formal charges were brought against McCoy. McCoy has been charged with vehicular manslaughter. He is being held at Central Booking on a $1,250,000 bail.
