Woman fatally struck in hit-and-run at end of JFX in Baltimore
City police said officers were called around 10:05 p.m. to the southbound lanes of the Jones Falls Expressway at East Fayette Street, where a 61-year-old woman was struck. She was taken to Shock Trauma, where she died.
