A Baltimore man has died following a three-car crash in Howard County on Wednesday afternoon.

Police added that Kirshenbaum was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the collision.
Just after 2:00 p.m., a southbound Jeep on Cedar Lane driven by Ethan Kirshenbaum, 24, entered the northbound lanes for an unknown reason and collided with an oncoming Toyota, which was then struck by a northbound Mazda. As Kirshenbaum was not wearing a seat belt, he was thrown from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the accident site. The driver and two passengers of the Toyota, identified as Shari Denise Rice, 42, Brendan Dodson, 17, and Harry Pierre-Louis, 56, respectively, were all injured and transported to Shock Trauma, but have since been listed as stable. The Mazda's driver, identified as Alexander James Voltz, 18, was treated for injuries at the scene.
